Beendigung des Partnerschaftsvertrages
zwischen der Firma Theo Koblischek-“Jimmy-Eisstöcke” und der IFI

Zwischen Herrn Theo Koblischek und der International Federation Icestocksport wurde Folgendes vereinbart:

“Der Partnerschaftsvertrag zwischen der International Federation Icestocksport und der Firma Theo Koblischek – “Jimmy Eisstöcke” endet zum 31.03.2012. Alle von Theo Koblischek – “Jimmy Eisstöcke” vertriebenen Eisstöcke einschließlich des dazugehörigen Eisstockmaterials sind IFI-lizenziert weiter uneingeschränkt verwendbar.”

Über die übrigen Vertragsbedingungen wurde Stillschweigen vereinbart.

Termination of the Partnership Agreement between the company Theo Koblischek - “Jimmy-Eisstöcke” and the IFI

The following agreement was reached between Mr Theo Koblischek and the International Federation Icestocksport:

“The partnership agreement between the International Federation Icestocksport and the company Theo Koblischek – “Jimmy Eisstöcke” shall terminate on 31 March 2012. Icestocks distributed by Theo Koblischek – “Jimmy Eisstöcke” including any associated icestock material shall continue to be usable without restrictions as long as they have been licenced by the IFI.”

It was agreed that strict confidentiality would be observed regarding the other conditions of the agreement.

We request compliance accordingly.
